How to Make Texas Roadhouse Chili (So Simple)

My wife and I were at the Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary a few weeks ago. They gave us a free sample of their chili. We were VERY surprised to realize that their chili tasted EXACTLY like the chili recipe we make at home. It was actually kind of a weird experience.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 -15 oz. can of chopped tomatoes (undrained)
2 -16 oz cans pinto beans (undrained)
1 -12 oz. can tomato paste
1  1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
In a large pot, add 1 pound of hamburger and 1 small onion, chopped. Brown the hamburger and and cook the onion.
Then, add 1 -15 oz. can of chopped tomatoes (un-drained), 2 -16 oz cans pinto beans (un-drained), 1 -12 oz. can tomato paste,  1  1/2 tablespoons chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 bay leaf
Simmer for 4 hours.
Now eat, eat, eat! See, I told you it was simple. Fauneil likes to eat it with corn bread or saltines.  I like to eat it island style with rice.
