INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup left over turkey, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2-15 oz. cans chicken broth
1-15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1-15 oz. can black beans
1-2 celery stalks, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1-2 tablespoons dried parsley
2-3 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste (depending on saltiness of your turkey meat)
COOKING TOOLS:
Large pot
Wooden spoon
TEMPURATURE:
Medium heat on the stove.
Add in 1 cup left over turkey, chopped; 1 tablespoon minced garlic; 2-15 oz. cans chicken broth; 1-15 oz. cans diced tomatoes; 1-15 oz. can black beans; 1-2 celery stalks, chopped;1 large carrot, chopped; 1-2 tablespoons dried parsley; 2-3 teaspoons dried basil; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Salt to taste. Cook until carrots are soft.
